The Blenheim Blades Jr. ‘C’ hockey team is entering into its 53rd year of operation. The team is not privately owned but a community run club with an executive/board of directors. Without the support of the many sponsors and volunteers, we be unable to provide another level of hockey for players after minor hockey. It’s a stepping-stone for some players to develop their skills further before going to the Junior ‘B’ level and higher. The Blades currently have one former player – Matt Martin of the Toronto Maple Leafs – in the NHL. Please note that it costs over an $115,000 a year to operate the team. Your business may be one of our regular sponsors or you might be a new one interested in showing your support to the club.
